Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that entire nation acknowledges services and sacrifices of Civil Armed Forces in ensuring internal and external security.
He was talking to Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Major General Sardar Tariq Aman who called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Minister said in view of China Pakistan Economic Corridor and law and order in Balochistan, role of Frontier Corps in the province has become more important.
Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said federal government is doing everything possible and trying to improve their operational needs through capacity building initiatives.
He said the government has spent more than 80 billion rupees during the last four years to further improvement services of Civil Armed Forces.
He said measures are being adopted to meet challenges such as monitoring of common borders with Iran and Afghanistan, curbing of human trafficking and smuggling.
He said modern technology is being introduced to have a constant check on bordering areas while new crossing points are also being constructed.
