Karachi, November 26, 2014 (PPI-OT): Administrator Karachi Rauf Akhter Farooqui has urged the KMDC administration to take necessary measures for ensuring observance of punctuality in duty hours from college staff. The use of bio-metric system in this connection would help the administration to ascertain about the absconding and absent employees and take the necessary disciplinary action against them. He was addressing a meeting of the KMDC officers including the principal professor doctor Waqar H. Kazmi.
Appreciating the endeavors and hard work of the employees and administration of KMDC to avail the status of a well standard medical institute in the country in a very short time, he said it was the duty of each and every staff member to maintain this standard and make it even better in future.
He said such institutions could only be made successful with the hard work and continuous efforts of its staff and administration. He said he will pay surprise visit of the college and personally check the attendance of staff. Action will be taken against the absconding or late coming employees.
Administrator Karachi directed the principal to work out suggestions for bringing more improvement and financial stability in the institution. The private security could be arranged with the improvement of financial condition of the college.
