Srinagar, February 20, 2014 (PPI-OT): The All Parties Hurriyet Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter has expressed serious concern over the increased human rights violations in occupied Kashmir. The APHC-AJK in its Executive Council meeting held in Islamabad with Convener, Syed Yousuf Naseem denounced the continued house arrest of Hurriyet leaders and genocide of the Kashmiri people by Indian troops and police personnel.
The meeting urged the international community to play its effective role in halting the Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory. The APHC leaders in the meeting said that the decision of the Indian Supreme Court in Rajiv Gandhi case had proved that the Indian judiciary was biased and has dual standard.
They said that innocent Kashmiris were executed in India. The APHC reiterated the resolve to continue the mission of Kashmiri martyrs till taking it to its logical conclusion. Mir Tahir Masud, Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Manzoor-ul-Haq Butt, Sheikh Muhammad Yaqoob, Nisar Mirza and Hassan Al-Bana participated in the meeting.
