Renowned Poet and Journalist, Nasira Zuberi said that the journey of transformation of Radio Pakistan from audio to Video format will bring revolution in the country’s broadcasting history.
In an exclusive interview with our Radio Pakistan Cultural Correspondent Sajjad Parvez, she said that Radio Pakistan still considered as launching pad for creative personalities belong to different walks of life.
She said that she started her poetic journey during her student days and also has the honour to become country’s first female economic Correspondent associated with leading English daily newspaper many decades ago.
Responding to a question, Nasira Zuberi told that she also had a honour to part of launching team if country’s first three Satellite TV Channels and rose to first female Controller News of a TV channel as working journalist.
She advised the young generation to always avoid sensationalism and produce stories based on solid facts and figures after proper research if they want to excel in the field of journalism.
