The Chief Court Gilgit Baltistan has directed relevant departments to pay 25 percent special pay to the employees serving in the region from 2017.
The Divisional bench of the chief court comprising Chief Judge, Justice Malik Haq Nawaz and Member Justice Ali Baig announced the judgement.
The court also directed to pay the arrears within next three months after arrangement of requisite funds.
