Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of Dawood Equities Limited (DEL) will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 12:00 noon, at its Registered Office, 11th Floor, Trade Center I .I. Chundrigar Road Karachi to approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2011.
The “Closed Period” from September 23, 2011 to September 29, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly deal in shares of’ the company in any in manner during the Closed Period.
