A delegation of the Jhelum Bar Association led by its President Sheikh Ikram called on Prime Minister’s Coordinator Bilal Azhar Kayani in Jhelum on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Bilal Azhar Kayani said the bar and the bench are two important stakeholders of the judicial system. He said lawyers have always played their historic role for the supremacy of the Constitution, rule of law and promotion of democracy in the country.
Bilal Azhar Kayani assured the legal fraternity of the Jhelum Bar Association to talk to Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar for the resolution of their problems.
The delegation acknowledged Bilal Azhar Kayani’s services for the welfare of the people of Jhelum.
