Karachi: Aisha Steel Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on September 10, 2015.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of audited interim profit and loss account for the year ended June 30, 2015 which portrayed a loss of Rs. 1,209,992 and loss per share Rs.4.97 basic and diluted.
Further, nil payment of cash dividend and bonus shares was agreed.
The annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 26, 2015 at the registered office of the company in Karachi.
Further, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from October 19, 2015 to October 26, 2015 both days inclusive.
