Srinagar, February 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League (JKML) has condemned the puppet administration for shifting the illegally detained party Vice Chairman, Masarrat Aalam Butt, back to sub-jail Baramulla.
The JKML spokesman, Muhammad Rafiq Ganai, in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the puppet authorities were subjecting Masarrat Aalam to political vengeance since 2010.
He said that the police from Nowhatta Police Station in Srinagar had brought Masarrat Aalam Butt on judicial remand from Baramulla sub-jail to Srinagar Central Jail. “He had to be kept there till February 18, but now they have got a new order to shift him back to Baramulla,” he said. The spokesman termed the action as pure violation of basic human rights of the unlawfully detained leader.
