Karachi: This is further to our notice dated March 09, 2011 notifying suspension of CDS Eligibility of Ordinary Shares of Ali Azghar Textile Mills Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) with effect from Match 10, 2011011 account of failure to settle the CDC invoices in accordance with the Schedule in discharge of its obligation under the CDC Regulations.
Considering that the Issuer is continuously in default to settle the outstanding dues, Central= Depository Company of Pakistan Limited has decided that the CDS Eligibility of Ordinary Shares of the Issuer that remain suspended for a further period of another 60 Business Days commencing from May 19, 2011.
