The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to bring improvement in laws to ensure protection of health professionals in government hospitals across the province.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the provincial cabinet in Peshawar today (Monday) with Chief Minister Mahmood Khan in the chair.
Later, briefing media about the cabinet decisions, advisor to Chief Minister on information Ajmal Wazir said a five-member committee under the chairmanship of health minister has been constituted which will present its recommendations in this regard.
The cabinet approved change in the procedure signing of Memorandum of Understandings.
It also approved the Mines and Minerals Act.
