Islamabad: Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Imtiaz Inayat Elahi said that Park Enclave is the best residential option by all aspects particularly by its unique location as compared with other housing schemes.
The Chairman CDA expressed these views during a review meeting of recently launched Park Enclave Project here at CDA Headquarters on Monday. Member Finance, Saeed-ur-Rehman, Member Planning and Design, Tahir Shamshad, Member Estate, Khalid Mirza, Director General Services, Saleh Muhammad and other senior officers were also present in the meeting.
He said that Park Enclave is an environmental friendly model housing project where 60 per cent of the area is meant for natural landscaping and allied facilities, adding that, the people across the country, especially overseas Pakistanis are taking keen interest in CDA’s Park Enclave.
He said that CDA has extended the date of submission of application forms from 30th July to 10th August, 2011 to facilitate the overseas Pakistanis, who have been demanding via e-mail to the Authority.
The Chairman CDA was apprised about the ongoing development work in the housing project. He was further apprised that people are visiting the site on daily basis and showing their interest in Park Enclave.
Imtiaz Inayat Elahi expressed his satisfaction over the ongoing development in the housing scheme and response received from the people and directed the concerned formations of the Authority to accelerate the pace of work on the construction of 150 feet wide roads from Park Road and Kuri Road. He reiterated that CDA would abide by its commitment of timely completion of development work and possession in one year.
