Islamabad, February 07, 2014 (PPI-OT): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have always stood by each other in testing times and the people of Pakistan deeply value relations with the Kingdom. He said this while meeting H.R.H. Prince Sultan Bin Salman, Minister for Tourism and Antiquities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who called on the Prime Minister at Government House Murree today.
The meeting was also attended by Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Mr. Tariq Fatemi, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Aviation Capt. Shujaat Azim and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdul Aziz bin Ibrahim bin Salih Al-Ghadeer.
While discussing the tourism sector of Pakistan, the Prime Minister said that Pakistan offers great opportunities for tourists and in this regard Pakistan and Saudi Arabia can share experiences. He extended an invitation to H.R.H. Prince Sultan Bin Salman for a detailed visit to Pakistan in order to visit various tourist locations.
Prime Minister also conveyed, on his own behalf as well as on behalf of the people of Pakistan, prayers and good wishes for the good health and long life of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, High Highness King Abdullah, and for the progress and prosperity of the people of the Kingdom.
After the meeting, Prime Minister hosted a lunch in honour of the visiting dignitary and his delegation. Earlier, the Prime Minister along with H.R.H. Prince Sultan Bin Salman inaugurated the Centre for Education Research and Social Development by Sultana Foundation at Islamabad today.
