President Dr Arif Alvi has asked the relevant organizations to ensure the implementation of digitalization of the parliament within given timelines.
Chairing a meeting in Islamabad on Monday, he underlined the need for incorporating information technology into the business of state entities such as National Assembly and Senate to improve the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of the government.
The President noted that a digitalized parliament would improve the process of planning and provide members of the parliament easy access to data and files through the latest tools and techniques.
