Russia has suspended participation in Ukraine grain agreement that allowed vital grain exports from Kyiv.
In a statement, Russian Defence Ministry said the step, which will cut Ukrainian grain exports from its crucial Black Sea ports, was taken due to the drone attack from Ukraine with the support of British specialists on its fleet in Crimea.
