‘Saudi Arabia planning to increase Hajj quota for Pakistan’

Saudi Arabia will increase Pakistan’s quota of pilgrims for next year’s Hajj to almost 180,000 which was earlier restricted due to Coronavirus pandemic.

In a statement, Secretary Religious Affairs, Aftab Akbar Durrani said that Saudi officials confirmed to revive the old Hajj quota for the whole world including Pakistan.

He said the written agreement will be signed in this regard with the Saudi government during a Hajj conference which is taking place next month in Jeddah.
