Karachi: In pursuance of Section 218(2) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 25, 2011 has revised the monthly remuneration of Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Alireza M. Alladin from Rs. 625,000/- to Rs. 721,875/- w.e.f. April 1, 2011. He will also be entitled to perquisites and other entitlements including Company maintained car, Provident fund and Club subscription arising under his contract of employment and service rules of the Company.
