Steps being taken for bringing stranded overseas Pakistanis: Governor Punjab

A delegation of Pak Portugal Association led by its President Mahboob Ahmad met Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar in Lahore today (Sunday).

The Governor assured the members of the delegation to take up the issue of restoration of visa section with Minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

Speaking on this occasion, the Governor said that steps are being taken for bringing stranded overseas Pakistanis back to their homeland.

He said that the country is facing serious economic problems like in other parts of the world due to coronavirus pandemic crisis.
