Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said an eight-member gang, involved in illegal kidney transplantation has been arrested.
Talking to newsmen in Lahore on Sunday, he said that action will be taken against the gang leader Dr. Fawad who confessed his crime.
He informed that this group has performed approximately 328 transplantations.
Replying to a question, the caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that all people involved in the Avastin injection scandal have been arrested.
